Breathe anchors you in the present. We can choose how we relate to each and every breath. Acknowledging and being grateful for our breath transforms our relationship with it. It is vital that we breathe mindfully to fully embody the moment. Because moments make life worth living. We measure our quality of life in memorable moments.

Take time to notice, lengthen and be grateful for breath some time during each day. No pressure, whenever you remember. Making space for gratitude breathing will slowly begin to make each day more positive as you connect with the gift of life.
